45 Lentes: kunstwerk in opdracht

Een persoonlijk, fris en levendig kunstwerk. Dat is wat de gelukkige ontvanger van 45 Lentes in gedachten had. Haar man wilde haar op bijzondere wijze bedanken voor alle momenten waarop zij attent was. Ze was al jaren een trouwe volgster en had maar één wens: een kunstwerk op maat.

In 45 Lentes komen haar voorkeuren samen. Ze houdt van de natuur en frisse tinten groen, blauw en geel. Het mocht niet doods worden. Levendig en energiek was de wens. De titel verwijst naar haar leeftijd en haar favoriete seizoen.

De ledverlichting in dit werk is instelbaar in alle kleuren van de regenboog. Van pastel tot verzadigd.

A personal, fresh and vivid artwork. That is what the lucky recipient of 45 Springs had in mind. Her husband wanted to thank her in a special way for all the moments she was attentive. She had been a loyal follower for years and had only one wish: a custom artwork.

In 45 Springs her preferences come together. She loves nature and fresh shades of green, blue and yellow. It should not be dead. Vivid and energetic was her wish. The title refers to her age and her favourite season.

The LED lighting in this work can be set to all colours of the rainbow. From pastel to saturated.

Vuur & vlam; een hemel die in brand lijkt te staan.

Ze zijn zeldzaam, de ochtenden en avonden waarop de hemel in brand lijkt te staan. Soms zijn de kleuren zo intens dat de lucht licht lijkt te geven. In feite is dat indirect het geval, want de lichtinval van de opkomende of ondergaande zon zorgt voor deze warme kleuren die ontstaan door lange golflengten licht die de zon werpt op de luchtdeeltjes in onze atmosfeer.

Niet alleen de lucht is warm van kleur, maar ook onze omgeving kleurt warmer. Dit zie je terug in de warme roesttinten van het ijzer in dit kunstwerk.

Burning Sky; a sky that seems to be on fire.

They are rare, the mornings and evenings when the sky seems to be on fire. Sometimes the colors are so intense that the sky seems to give off light. In fact, this is indirectly the case, because the light from the rising or setting sun creates these warm colors created by long wavelengths of light that the sun casts on the air particles in our atmosphere.

Not only is the sky warm in color, but our environment also colors warmer. This is reflected in the warm rust tones of the iron in this artwork.
